With grilled fish look for crisp refreshing wines with good acidity.
Muscadet is good with almost any type of fish or seafood. It has a natural freshness that complements fish wonderfully.
Loire Sauvignons are excellent with a fish that's not too oily - such as a grilled seabass.
Chenonceaux Blanc has a little more weight and is great with oily fish such as salmon or mackerel. It is also our favourite with smoked salmon.
For a change try a slightly chilled light red.
