Lamb is great with full fruity reds. If you are having mint sauce go for a full flavoured wine from the South such as the Maury Sec, or one of the Bordeaux wines; these wines have the power to cut through the sauce. Montfin Cuvée Pauline is softer, for those who like their red wine more restrained. Domaine Trilles Incantation is very smooth but full in flavour and delightful with lamb.
