Domaine G Metz

The Metz family have been making wine in Alsace since the 19th century. Today the Domaine consists of 18 hectares, including vines in the acclaimed Grand Cru Moenchberg.

Winemaking is conducted in a natural way, with the use of indigenous yeasts and long maturation on the Lies, much of it in old wooden tanks. The Domaine is in's final year of organic certification.
