Chateau Herbe Sainte

Charles and Mireille Greuzard moved from Burgundy to the Languedoc,  “the new Eldorado” of wine in the 80’s. In 2001 they bought Domaine de L’ Herbe Sainte, the focus of their attentions ever since.  Their daughter Christelle now plays an important role.

The reds of Chateau/Domaine de L’Herbe Sainte have a very full rich fruity style derived from ripe grapes and a determination to keep as much flavour as possible. Minimal filtering means that some wines leave a deposit.

The name Chateau can only be used for Appellation (Minervois) wines. The IGP wines use the Domaine name
