Citrus and mineral on the nose. On the palate there are hints of orange, peach and almonds, all underpinned by a most delightful freshness which lingers. Mineral and fresh on the finish.
Grapes grown within Prissé are fermented with indigenous yeasts, The wine is then matured on the fine lees in oak barrels for 12 months.
Wonderful to drink now, but will also keep for up to 5 years. This is a fine wine from the Maconais to rival those from the famous villages of the Cote d'Or.
