The Legend of Roquefort

It is said that a shepherd seeing a very beautiful women left his lunch made of bread and curdled cheese in a grotto and left his sheep in his dog's care. He walked for a long time to find the young lady. Back to the grotto he found his lunch . Alas! It was covered with a thin layer of mould and marbled with light green. Hungry he ate this unknown food. The Cambalou mountain had just revealed a treasure to him. The Roquefort cheese
