The Loire Valley is a beautiful region that produces wonderful crisp white wines. The northerly climate of the region produces wines with a refreshing acidity that can be drunk on their own or with fish, white meats and mild cheeses (especially the goats' cheese of the region) . These wines are fuller in flavour and more complex than most Loire wines.
The Chenonceaux is a Sauvignon Blanc made to be rich, full-flavoured and to age. It is great with oily fish, such as smoked salmon and dishes with rich creamy sauces or simply savoured on its own.

1 x Domaine de La Chaise Chenonceaux, a rich Sauvignon made to age
1 x Domaine de La Chaise Touraine Sauvignon, similar to a Sancerre
1 x Domaine de La Chaise Chenin Blanc, a lovely aged dry Chenin
1 x Maison Peltier Vouvray Demi-sec, a classic mature Loire Chenin 
1 x Domaine Salmon Chardonnay, an unoaked Chardonnay from the same latitude as Chablis
1 x Domaine Salmon Sauvignon Blanc, crisp with Citrus notes and a little body achieved by adding 15% of Sauvignon Gris.
