The Loire Valley is a beautiful region that produces wonderful crisp white wines. The northerly climate of the region produces wines with a refreshing acidity that can be drunk on their own or with fish, white meats and mild cheeses (especially the goats' cheese of the region) . These wines are fuller in flavour and more complex than most Loire wines. The Chenonceaux is a Sauvignon Blanc made to be rich, full-flavoured and to age.
