Deep in colour, an expressive nose of fresh figs and blackberry. The tannins are soft and smooth. Full flavours of black fruits with hints of coffee and chocolate. A very long finish.
The vines are aged between 30 and 60 years old at an altitude of 180 metres. Grapes are harvested by hand to select the ripest grapes. After a long maceration the wine is matured in new and one year old barrels for 12 months.
