Mature cheese

Mature cheese needs a good robust wine to cut through. The riper the cheese the fuller the wine you need. It is often good to take the wine from the same region as the cheese. It’s remarkable how often this makes a great combination.

Pedra Lluna is an amazing full wine with a fantastic depth of flavour. Perfect with Roquefort or Stilton.

The Maury Sec  is a rare wine with a real depth of flavour. Great with Comte
